目的探讨复方阿胶浆联合个性化综合护理对宫颈癌化疗致骨髓抑制及癌疲乏的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年10月间广安市人民医院收治的88例宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用常规治疗及护理干预,观察组患者采用常规治疗加复方阿胶浆联合个性化综合护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后癌疲乏程度评分、外周血象指标、中医症状积分、KPS评分及免疫功能指标。结果干预后,两组患者综合疲乏程度评分、综合疲乏影响评分、中医症状积分和CD8~+水平均较干预前明显下降,CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+显著上升,且观察组上述指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、KPS评分和CD3~+均较干预前明显上升,且与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论复方阿胶浆联合个性化综合护理干预能明显减轻宫颈癌化疗所致骨髓抑制和癌性疲乏症状,显著改善患者免疫功能,提高其健康状况。 Objective To investigate the effect of compound gelatin syrup combined with personalized comprehensive nursing on bone marrow suppression and cancer fatigue induced by cervical cancer chemotherapy. Conclusion The combination of compound gelatin and personalized comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the bone marrow suppression and cancer-induced fatigue symptoms caused by cervical cancer chemotherapy, significantly improve the immune function and improve their health status.
