目的了解某卫生学校学生的营养知识、态度、行为和膳食情况,为对学生开展科学膳食指导提供参考。方法对随机抽取的某卫生学校学生453名进行营养知识、态度、行为问卷调查,同时用食物频率法对其膳食情况进行分析。结果学生营养知识普遍缺乏,平均得分仅为52.1,但受过营养教育的学生平均得分为69.6,显著高于平均水平(P<0.01);营养态度较好,平均得分为18.9(总分27分);但存在一定的营养问题行为。男、女生能量摄入量分别是推荐摄入量(RNI)的89.3%和99.6%,维生素A、维生素B2、维生素E、维生素C、尼克酸、锌、镁、铁的摄入量基本达到RNI的要求,其中男生维生素E、维生素C、钙的摄入量显著低于女生(P值均<0.05)。结论应加强学生营养教育,纠正其问题营养行为,通过合理膳食促进青少年健康。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude, behavior and diet of students in a health school and provide references for students to conduct scientific dietary guidance. Methods A total of 453 students from a certain health school were enrolled in the questionnaire of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior. At the same time, food frequency was used to analyze their diet. Results There was a general lack of knowledge of nutrition in students, with an average score of 52.1, but the average score of students with nutrition education was 69.6, significantly higher than the average (P <0.01); the nutritional attitude was good with an average score of 18.9 (27 points in total) ; But there is a certain nutritional problems. The energy intakes of boys and girls were 89.3% and 99.6% of the recommended intake (RNI) respectively. The intakes of vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin E, vitamin C, nicotinic acid, zinc, magnesium and iron reached RNI The requirements of boys, including vitamin E, vitamin C, calcium intake was significantly lower than girls (P <0.05). Conclusions Nutritional education should be strengthened to correct the nutritional behaviors of the students and promote the health of adolescents through reasonable diet.
