学习动机是指推动和维持学习的心理动因,也是直接推动人去学习的内部动因,是人类行为动机体系中的重要组成部分。学生能否积极去学习、为什么学习、乐意学习什么、学得怎么样,都跟学习动机有直接的关系,当然也跟影响学习动机形成的外部原因有密切的联系。但如果学习缺乏内部动力,即使外界有值得学习的事物与知识,往往也不能引起学习的积极性,甚至督促也无济于事。因此,了解、研究和培养学生的学习动机,是很有必要的。
Learning motivation refers to the promotion and maintenance of the psychological motivations of learning. It is also an internal motivation that directly promotes people to learn, and is an important part of the human behavioral motivation system. Whether students can actively study, why they are learning, what they are willing to learn, and how they learn are all directly related to learning motivation. Of course, they are also closely related to external factors that affect the formation of learning motivation. However, if there is a lack of internal motivation for learning, even if the outside world has something worth learning, it often does not lead to enthusiasm for learning, and even supervision will not help. Therefore, it is necessary to understand, study and cultivate students’ learning motivation.
