通过对欠发达地区烹饪专业“双师型”教师队伍的现状分析,针对现代职业教育大发展的需要,对“双师型”教师的培养进行思考。结合我们校的实际情况通过鼓励教师参与和辅导技能比赛、开展校企合作、校校合作、新老互帮、教研结合等政策,建设一支既具有丰富理论知识、又具有较强技能水平的中职教师,以达到促进欠发达地区中职学校真正“双师型”教师队伍的培养。
Through the analysis of the present situation of “double teacher” teachers in underdeveloped areas, we think about the training of “double teacher” teachers in accordance with the needs of the great development of modern vocational education.
