为研究贵州省续断居群主要活性成分的空间结构及地理分布规律,作者在贵州省的38个续断居群内采集获取了每个居群的川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量,应用空间统计和传统统计方法发掘续断居群的空间变异规律,并结合环境变量来分析续断居群主要活性成分的群组与环境因子群组的地理分布规律。结果显示:贵州省续断居群主要活性成分的空间结构在全局空间上是完全随机的分布,而在局域空间上有2个聚集点,具有较高的正相关性。续断居群川续断皂苷Ⅵ组群的组间环境因子得分差别较大,组内环境因子得分差别较小。
In order to study the spatial structure and geographical distribution of the main active components in the habitat of the habitat, the authors collected and sequenced the content of Ⅵ in each of the 38 habitats in Guizhou Province. Based on the spatial statistics and The traditional statistical methods were used to explore the spatial variation patterns of the populations that were severed, and the environmental variables were used to analyze the distribution patterns of the major active constituents and the groups of environmental factors. The results showed that the spatial structure of the main active components in the habitat of the habitat was completely random in the global spatial distribution, while there were two clustering points in the local space with high positive correlation. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the scores of environmental factors between the groups of Dipsacus saponin Ⅵ and the differences of the scores of environmental factors in the groups.
