简易拉床是我厂机修车间工人,在大跃进中制造出来的。过去我厂加工花键孔是在插床上进行的。插一个10齿的花键孔,需要1个半小时。同时加工出来的零件,质量还不能符合图纸要求,大部分零件需要经过钳工修理,因此生产效率很低,不能满足成批生产的要求。简易拉床制成后,加工一个花键孔只需30分钟,生产效率提高了4倍左右,同时零件的质量也得到了保证。
Simple broaching machine is our factory mechanic workshop workers, made in the Great Leap Forward. In the past my factory processing spline hole is carried on the bed. Insert a 10-tooth spline hole, it takes 1 and a half hours. Parts processed at the same time, the quality can not meet the requirements of the drawings, most parts need to be fitter repair, so the production efficiency is very low, can not meet the requirements of mass production. After the simple broaching machine is made, it takes only 30 minutes to process one spline hole, and the production efficiency is improved by about 4 times. At the same time, the quality of parts is guaranteed.
