一、发展特点和应用进展现代遥感技术和航天技术的发展为地球资源和环境研究开辟了广阔的道路,也为自然灾害的调查和防治提供了崭新的手段。目前,遥感技术方法正在我国防灾减灾工作中广泛应用。从判读方法、数据处理技术到理论机制和制图手段,从监测分析、预报决策实用化到国际协作,可以说已初见成效。我国灾害研究工作出现了应用遥感技术的令人鼓舞的深刻变化,使我国防灾减灾工作出现了从未有过的生动局面。为了较深入地了解遥感应闲的发展特点和进展,这里就我国灾害研究中各方面遥感应电的发展作一概要介绍。
I. Development Characteristics and Application Progress The development of modern remote sensing technology and space technology has opened up a vast road for the study of earth resources and environment and also provided a brand new tool for the investigation and prevention of natural disasters. At present, the remote sensing technology is widely used in our country’s disaster prevention and mitigation work. From interpretation methods and data processing techniques to theoretical mechanisms and mapping tools, monitoring and analysis, practical application of forecasting and decision-making to international cooperation can be said to have achieved initial success. Encouraging and profound changes have taken place in China’s disaster research work using remote sensing technology, making the disaster prevention and reduction work in our country a vivid event ever seen. In order to have a deeper understanding of the characteristics and progress of the development of remote sensing, we will give an overview of the development of remote sensing in all aspects of disaster research in our country.
