本文总结了100例应用国产塑料(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)包埋的各种血液病骨髓组织病理切片,证实了塑料包埋方法优于石腊包埋方法,并提出了骨髓组织切片对诊断血液病的优越性在于:能正确判定骨髓增生程度;能完整的提供骨髓的组织学结构。对骨髓增殖性疾病、再生障碍性贫血、淋巴瘤及MDS等疾病活检的诊断率明显高于骨髓涂片。
