漯河市自1995年6月首次发现HIV感染者以来,截止1998年12月,累计发现并经确证了20例HIV感染者。根据已经掌握的资料,现将漯河地区HIV感染状况做初步分析。 1 疫情分布 1.1 地区分布 20例HIV感染者分布于漯河市三县一区,其中临颍县11例,郾城县4例,舞阳县2例,源汇区3例。 1.2 人群分布 20例HIV感染者中,有献血史者14例,曾多次受血者3例,感染原因不明3例。 1.3 职业分布 农民15例,占75％;企、事业单位职工2例,占10％;学生2例,占10％;无业人员1例,占5％。 1.4 年龄分布 10～19岁1例;20～29岁7例;30～39岁8例;40～49岁2例;50岁以上者2例。这些HIV感染者中年龄最小的18岁,最大者67岁;20～29、30～39岁这2个年龄组的青年人占感染者总数的75％。
Since the first detection of HIV infection in June of 1995 in Luohe City, as of December 1998, a total of 20 HIV-infected patients have been found and confirmed. According to the available information, we now do a preliminary analysis of HIV status in Luohe. 1 Epidemic distribution 1.1 Regional distribution 20 cases of HIV-infected persons are located in three counties and one district of Luohe City, including 11 cases of Linying County, 4 cases of Tancheng County, 2 cases of Wuyang County and 3 cases of Yuanhui District. 1.2 Population distribution 20 cases of HIV-infected persons, there are 14 cases of blood donation, had multiple blood recipients in 3 cases, 3 cases of unknown cause of infection. 1.3 Occupation Distribution Peasant 15 cases, accounting for 75%; enterprises and institutions employees in 2 cases, accounting for 10%; students in 2 cases, accounting for 10%; unemployed 1 case, accounting for 5%. 1.4 The age distribution of 10 to 19 years in 1 case; 20 to 29 years in 7 cases; 30 to 39 years in 8 cases; 40 to 49 years in 2 cases; 50 years of age in 2 cases. The youngest among these HIV-infected persons is 18 years old, the largest being 67 years old; young people aged 20-29 and 30-39 are 75% of the total number of those infected.
