在钢铁企业产能严重过剩,钢材市场竞争加剧的背景下,随着一系列政策法规的出台和改革措施的到位,企业内部的产权结构、管理方式和机构设置正发生着巨大的变化。在这个过程中,有着服务青年和服务企业双重职责的共青团组织如何审时度势,适应企业改革重组,积极寻求新的工作着力点,是一个需要在实践中不断探索的新课题。
With the serious overcapacity in the iron and steel enterprises and the intensified competition in the steel market, with a series of policies and regulations promulgated and reform measures put in place, the property right structure, management style and institutional settings within the enterprises are undergoing tremendous changes. In this process, it is a new task for the Communist Youth League organizations that have the dual responsibility of serving young people and service enterprises to assess the situation, adapt to the reform and reorganization of enterprises, and actively seek new jobs.
