一、概述渗锌是化学热处理的工艺之一,也是金属表面保护的一个重要措施。渗锌层主要是通过锌铁的接触,锌、铁原子互向内外层扩散而获得。渗锌层是铁锌合金的扩散覆层,故较纯锌镀层具有硬度高、接合牢固、无氢脆及耐磨、耐腐蚀等优点。由于锌的电极电位比铁更负(锌-0.76伏,铁-0.44伏),因此,它不仅在机械方面,而且在电化学方面,对基体金属也有着良好的保护作用。
