分析了当今商品住宅设计的现状,结合以往住宅的设计实践,总结出商品住宅设计发展的趋势,并提出了多种商品住宅的设计方法,以达到商品住宅的多样性与灵活的适应性要求。
Based on the analysis of the current status of commodity housing design and the design practice of residential buildings, the trend of commodity housing design and development is summarized. A variety of design methods for commercial residential buildings are proposed to meet the requirements of commercial housing diversity and flexibility.
