1990年10月30日至11月1日在青岛召开了第四次全国混凝土外加剂学术交流会。来自全国各省市各部门的科研院所、高等院校、生产及使用单位的代表186人参加了会议。中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会夏清华同志、国家建材局生产管理司副司长张树凯同志出席了本次交流会。会议得到青岛市政府、建材工业局、十梅庵工业公司的大力支持。青岛市副市长、建材工业局副局长等有关领导应邀出席了大会开幕式并讲了话。大会由中国土木工程学会、混凝土及预应力混凝土学会混凝土外加剂专业委员会主任委员、中国混凝土外
From October 30 to November 1, 1990, the fourth national concrete admixture academic exchange meeting was held in Qingdao. Representatives of scientific research institutes, institutions of higher learning, production and use units from all departments and departments of the country attended the meeting. Comrade Zhang Shukai, Comrade of the Institute of Concrete and Prestressed Concrete of the China Civil Engineering Society and Comrade Zhang Shukai, Comrade of the National Building Materials Bureau, attended the exchange meeting. The General Assembly is chaired by the China Civil Engineering Society, the Professional Committee of the Concrete Admixture for Concrete and Prestressed Concrete, China Concrete
