采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了淬火温度对Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,调质态Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢组织中的碳化物主要为Cr7C3型,较之球化退火态、调质态的碳化物更为细小,尺寸为100~300nm;对于调质态的Cr5钢,当淬火温度为875~950℃时,随淬火温度的升高,硬度单调上升;当淬火温度超过950℃时,硬度略有降低。
The effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and properties of Cr5-type cold-rolled work roll steel were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the carbides in the quenched and tempered Cr5 cold working roll steel are mainly Cr7C3 type. Compared with spheroidized annealed state, the carbide in the tempered state is finer and the size is 100-300 nm. When the quenching temperature is 875 ~ 950 ℃, the hardness increases monotonously with the increase of quenching temperature. When the quenching temperature exceeds 950 ℃, the hardness decreases slightly.
