红色旅游是中央主导的战略进程,经过十年发展,有效弘扬了社会主义核心价值观,带动地区经济社会全面发展,建设和巩固了社会主义文化阵地,凝聚了广泛的社会共识。党的十八大以来,中央重视、人民群众呼唤价值观回归、老百姓消费升级和基础设施完善等为红色旅游大发展提供了有利条件。同时,随着国家财政投入逐渐放缓、公务旅游减少导致红色旅游向普通大众需求市场过渡、红色旅游从门票经济向综合经济转变等倒逼红色旅游尽快从外部输血到具备自我造血能力转型。未来需要加大中央财政和政策支持基础上,发动更广泛的社会力量、加强国际合作支持红色旅游发展,在坚持社会效益优先基础上,积极借助市场力量实现红色旅游新的发展常态。 After 10 years of development, red tourism has effectively promoted the core values ​​of socialism, stimulated the all-round economic and social development in the region, built and consolidated the socialist cultural position and embodied a wide range of social consensus.
