本文通过对单位人事档案管理现状进行分析,指出人事管理与利用中存在的问题,并提出几点解决措施,以更好地发挥人事档案的资源优势。
This paper analyzes the status quo of personnel file management in a unit, points out the problems in personnel management and utilization, and puts forward some solutions to better exert the resources advantages of personnel files.
