[目的]观察八珍汤联合西药治疗甲亢使用甲巯咪唑后白细胞减少疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组20例鲨肝醇40mg/次,3次/d;维生素B_4 10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组20例八珍汤(黄芪30g,党参、熟地黄、当归各20g,川芎、白芍、白术、茯苓、黄精、女贞子各15g,甘草~灸6g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、白细胞、中性粒细胞、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈13例,好转6例,无效1例,恶化0例,总有效率95.00%。对照组临床治愈10例,好转5例,无效4例,恶化1例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。白细胞及中性粒细胞两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]八珍汤联合西药治疗甲亢使用甲巯咪唑后白细胞减少,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Bazhen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with methimazole leukopenia. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 40 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of their visits. Control group, 20 cases of batyl alcohol 40mg / times, 3 times / d; vitamin B_4 10mg / times, 3 times / d. The treatment group 20 cases of Bazhen Decoction (Astragalus 30g, Codonopsis, Rehmannia, Angelica 20g, Chuanxiong, white peony root, Atractylodes, Poria, Polygonatum, Ligustrum lucidum each 15g, licorice ~ moxibustion 6g), 1 / d, decoction 400mL, morning and evening warm clothes; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, white blood cells, neutrophils, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 13 cases were clinically cured, 6 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, 0 case deteriorated, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. The control group, clinical cure in 10 cases, improved in 5 cases, 4 cases, 1 case of deterioration, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Both leukocytes and neutrophils improved in both groups (P <0.01). The treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Bazhen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with methimazole leukopenia, the effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
