《物权法》是调整财产关系的重要法律,也是我国最基本的一部法律。作为与商业银行相关权益关系十分密切的一部法律,《物权法》的通过和施行,给商业银行开拓信贷市场带来机遇,也提出了诸多挑战,其对银行业可能产生的影响将是积极而深远的。为此,除了在本期“特别关注”中加以讨论之外,本刊以“《物权法》时代的中国银行业”作为本期银行家论坛的主题,邀请来自监管部门、商业银行、从事法律实物与理论研究的多位人士,共同探讨《物权法》的出台对商业银行经营管理工作的影响,以期为中国银行业依照《物权法》的原则处理相关业务开拓思路,来宾发言不代表其所在单位的观点。
