邮政企业生存发展的根本在于职工队伍,培养和造就良好的职工队伍是工会的光荣任务。三年来,我省工会开展了一系列职工素质教育工作,概括起来主要有以下几个方面;一、以形势教育为突破口,开展思想教育工作刚分营时,邮政企业面临很大的困难,部分职工对邮政企业的未来感到茫然。针对职工的思想实际,省邮政各级工会从宣传入手,教育广大职工认清改革开放的形势,帮助职工树立战胜困难的信心。商洛区局为继承邮政人艰苦创业、无私奉献的优良传统,创作了局歌,组织职工干部进行演唱。乾县局工会开展了“参加革命为什么,站在岗位干什么,身后应该留什么”的大讨论。通过局情教育,使职工看到邮政企业的前途,激发了广大职工的主人翁意识和艰苦创业精神。职工队伍精神面貌发生了
