在最大接触应力为1341MPa、滑差率为10%及油润滑的试验条件下,对在线全长余热淬火、热轧及稀土处理三种状态的PD3钢轨钢的接触疲劳行为进行了测定。通过对失效试样的分析,对钢轨钢的接触疲劳机制进行了探讨。试验结果表明,在线全长余热淬火工艺大大提高了PD3钢轨钢的接触疲劳抗力。
The contact fatigue behavior of PD3 rail steel with full length residual heat quenching, hot rolling and rare earth treatment was measured under the conditions of the maximum contact stress of 1341 MPa, the slip rate of 10% and oil lubrication. Through the analysis of failure samples, the contact fatigue mechanism of rail steel was discussed. The test results show that the on-line full-length afterheat quenching process greatly improves the contact fatigue resistance of PD3 rail steel.
