随着经济全球化进程的推进,战略性新兴产业逐渐在国内崛起,并伴随着大量的机遇以及挑战。战略性新兴产业的发展需要一定的资金支持,那么关于在战略性新兴产业中,如何健全相关的投融资机制已成为整个行业的关键问题。战略性新兴产业与传统产业的发展策略有所不同,在国际上可以借鉴的经验十分有限,国内对金融体制的调查研究仍需谨慎分析。此外,我国现有的投融资机制十分复杂,还存在很多的缺陷并需要针对性的解决。国务院曾作出决定,需要加大并鼓励国内的金融机构对战略性新兴产业信贷方面的支持,健全战略性新兴产业的信贷管理制度,加强监管力度并不断创新,这也是本文主要的分析内容。笔者主要是对战略性新兴产业投融资机制展开研究,并通过相关的数据举证,针对当前新兴产业投融资的现状以及存在的主要问题进行具体分析。最后,本文从政府相关政策扶持、细化融资渠道等方面展开论述,提出健全我国战略性新兴产业投融资机制的相关措施,希望能够给眼下战略性新兴产业的投融资问题提供一些帮助和新的思路。
With the progress of economic globalization, strategic emerging industries are gradually emerging in China with a great deal of opportunities and challenges. The development of strategic emerging industries needs some financial support, so how to perfect related investment and financing mechanisms in strategic emerging industries has become a key issue for the entire industry. Strategic emerging industries and traditional industries have different development strategies. There are only a limited number of experiences that can be learned from the international community and the domestic research on the financial system needs to be cautiously analyzed. In addition, the existing investment and financing mechanism in our country is very complicated, and there are still many shortcomings and need targeted solutions. The State Council has decided that it is necessary to step up and encourage domestic financial institutions to support credit in strategic emerging industries, improve the credit management system in strategic emerging industries, strengthen supervision and make constant innovations, which is also the main content of this article. The author mainly studies on the mechanism of investment and financing in strategic emerging industries, and analyzes the status quo of the current investment and financing in emerging industries and the existing major problems through relevant data. In the end, the dissertation discusses the related policy support from the government and details the financing channels, and puts forward some measures to improve the investment and financing mechanism in China’s strategic emerging industries, hoping to provide some help and a new Ideas.
