含莨菪碱类生物碱制剂的含量测定方法,如颠茄酊采用提取中和法,颠茄合剂和莨菪合剂采用光电比色法。前法检品用量大,且操作复杂费时;后法虽检品少,但实验需用有机溶媒提取,同样复杂费时,故在医院药房制剂快速分析中均不适用。为此,作者参考黄乔书等用磷钨酸与几种生物碱滴眼剂生成混浊进行目视比浊的方法对颠茄合剂进行测定,并对其操作条件进行了探讨。一、仪器与药品
Scopolamine alkaloid preparations content determination methods, such as belladonna tincture extraction and neutralization method, belladonna mixture and scorpion mixture using photoelectric colorimetric method. The amount of the former method is large, and the operation is complicated and time-consuming. Although the latter method has less seizures, the experiment requires the use of organic solvent to extract the same amount of time and complexity. Therefore, it is not applicable in the rapid analysis of pharmacy preparations in hospitals.
