在当前国家能源紧张的情况下,急需寻求一项新的节油技术措施。1984年以来,山东黄河河务局结合吸泥船放淤先后在济南郊区段和济阳段进行了3132小时的掺水乳化柴油节油试验,在此基础上经过改进,1986年在小范围内推广使用,并取得了一定的经济效益。由于目前此项技术还没有一套成熟的实际应用经验,对乳化油的燃烧机理仍在继续研讨中,故本文仅就乳化油的节油机理、乳化装置、乳化工艺、乳化柴油的实船试验及实机应用的经济效益作一初步介绍。
