小学数学课程改革已经实施六年了,在这六年的实施过程中,一边实践,一边成长,不断地吸收了新的教学理念。在课程改革的实施进程中,越来越深切地感受到课程改革的推行确实对我们的学生受益匪浅,对我们的教师更是一次全新的洗礼,师生同舟共济,共同发展,充分实现了以人为本的发展理念,但也碰到了不少的麻烦,不少的困惑,下面我谈一谈我们几点粗浅的体会:
