铝用炭素石油焦原料的煅烧 ,在生产中 ,合理制定煅烧带温度 ,对降低炭烧损 ,提高实收率 ,延长窑的使用寿命 ,提高焙烧质量 ,降低铝用炭素成本有着重要意义。根据阳极生产对粘结剂沥青的性质要求 ,石油焦煅烧时 ,焦炭的收缩和气孔结构变化和焦炭导电性的变化情况 ,论述控制最佳煅烧带温度。
Calcination of raw materials for carbon petroleum coke made from aluminum is of great importance in the production of calcined belts. It is of great importance to reduce the burning loss of calcined coal, increase the real yield, prolong the service life of kiln, improve the quality of calcination and reduce the cost of carbon for aluminum. According to the requirements of anode production on the properties of binder asphalt, the calcination of petroleum coke, the shrinkage of coke, the change of stomatal structure and the change of coke electrical conductivity, the optimal control of calcination zone temperature is discussed.
