高校流动学生党员的数量在不断增加,但实际工作中,由于种种主客观原因,对于流动学生党员的管理不同程度地存在这样或那样的失位现象。本文通过对所在旅游学院学生流动党员进行调查分析,分析现有的工作现状,提出需要建立健全相应的组织管理机制及思想教育学习机制,以充分发挥流动学生党员在各个岗位中的先锋模范作用。 The number of mobile student party members in colleges and universities is increasing, but in actual work, due to various subjective and objective reasons, the management of mobile student party members exists to some extent, such a phenomenon or dislocation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current party members in tourism institutes, this paper analyzes the existing work status and puts forward the need to establish and improve the corresponding organizational management mechanism and ideological education and learning mechanism in order to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of mobile student party members in all posts.
