为掌握天津市宝坻区公共场所从业人员戊肝感染情况,于2010—2011年对106家公共场所3 783名从业人员血清HEVIgM抗体采用ELISA法进行检测。诊断试剂盒由上海荣胜生物科技有限公司提供。用酶标仪判断结果,以样品吸光度值(OD值)≥阴性对照平均OD值×2.1为阳性结果。
In order to grasp the hepatitis E infection of practitioners in public places in Baodi District of Tianjin, serum HEVIgM antibodies of 3 783 employees in 106 public places from 2010 to 2011 were detected by ELISA. Diagnostic kit from Shanghai Rongsheng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. to provide. With microplate reader to determine the results, the sample absorbance value (OD value) ≥ negative control average OD value × 2.1 for the positive results.
