依据农业部第42号令《拖拉机驾驶证申领和使用规定》、农业部第43号令《拖拉机登记规定》、《江西省农机安全监理档案管理办法》和江西省农机安全监督管理总队赣农机(监)字【2013】3号关于《进一步规范农机牌证管理的通知》的文件精神,现决定注销超期拖拉机、联合收割机及其驾驶员的注册登记。原核发的拖拉机登记证书、联合收割机、行驶证、号牌及拖拉机驾驶证自公告之日起作废。如有异议,可在公告之日起30天内向原办理注册登记的
