运用专利情报分析方法,对世界热核聚变反应堆专利从专利申请时间、技术领域、技术生命周期、主要国家专利信息、主要申请人等角度进行情报分析,得出结论:世界热核聚变反应堆专利申请的变化趋势基本上反映了技术发展趋势。专利申请的技术领域主要集中在G21B、H05H、C22C、G21C、B23K、C23C等技术领域。从专利技术周期分析,当前的申请人数和发明人数都明显高于上世纪80年代。从专利申请的国别分布来判断,日本的申请量占到54%以上,与日本在核聚变研究领域的巨大投入相符合。从主要申请人角度分析,日本的企业占据了相当大的比例。从专利预警来看,目前国外所公开的绝大部分专利技术在华都没有申请专利,因此,对我国承研承制单位来讲,是一个难得的无偿借鉴先进技术、提高科研起点的机遇。
Using the method of patent intelligence analysis, this paper analyzes the world thermonuclear fusion reactor patents from the angle of patent application time, technology field, technology life cycle, main national patent information and main applicants, and draws the conclusion that the world thermonuclear fusion reactor patent application The trend of change basically reflects the trend of technology development. The technical fields of patent applications mainly focus on the technical fields of G21B, H05H, C22C, G21C, B23K and C23C. From the patented technology cycle analysis, the current number of applicants and inventors were significantly higher than in the 1980s. Judging from the country distribution of patent applications, Japan’s applications accounted for more than 54%, which is in line with Japan’s huge investment in nuclear fusion research. From the perspective of the major applicants, Japanese companies account for a considerable proportion. From the point of view of patent warning, at present, most of the patent technologies disclosed in foreign countries have not applied for a patent in China. Therefore, it is a rare chance for our research and development units to learn advanced technologies and improve the starting point for scientific research.
