目的:了解《中华妇产科杂志》发行量现状及影响因素,探讨提高发行量的对策。方法:在组稿会上发放问卷进行调查,同时在上海、四川各选5所医院以同样问卷进行调查。结果:无论在专科医院还是综合医院,订阅《中华妇产科杂志》的人数高于国内其他同类杂志;读者中72%为自己订阅杂志,28%为到图书馆阅览;在订阅杂志的人中93%为自费订阅,4.5%为公费订阅。结论:坚持办刊宗旨、丰富内容、扩大信息量、紧密结合与指导实践、提高编辑和装顽质量、扩大宣传、加强发行等是提高杂志发行量的重要环节。
Objective: To understand the current situation and influential factors of the circulation of “Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology” and to discuss the countermeasures of increasing circulation. Methods: Questionnaires were released during the draft manuscripts and investigated in the same questionnaire in 5 hospitals in Shanghai and Sichuan. Results: No matter in specialist hospitals or general hospitals, the subscription to “Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology” was higher than other domestic magazines; 72% of readers subscribed to themselves and 28% went to the library; among subscribers 93% paid subscriptions and 4.5% paid subscriptions. Conclusion: Adhering to the purpose of running a journal, enriching the content, expanding the amount of information, closely integrating and guiding practice, improving the quality of editorial and instrumental services, expanding publicity and strengthening the issuance are all important links in improving the circulation of magazines.
