目的:分析人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:对25例(27眼)行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎,并术后随访观察效果。结果:24眼(88.9%)术后症状消失或减轻。结论:人工鼻泪管植入术为当前治疗慢性泪囊炎的较简单、经济、有效的方式。
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: Chronic dacryocystitis was treated with artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation in 25 cases (27 eyes). The follow-up results were observed. Results: 24 eyes (88.9%) disappeared or relieved after operation. Conclusion: Artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation is a simple, economical and effective way to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
