班主任是班级的灵魂,班主任的语言是师生关系的润滑剂,在培养良好的班风、增强班级凝聚力、开发学生非智力因素等方面起着重要的作用。实践证明:班主任的语言水平往往影响着教师的形象,制约着班级的管理质量。一、班主任的语言要充满爱意和真情,体现尊敬每一个学生都是一轮初升的太阳,有的尽管现在还暗淡无光,只是暂时被云雾遮住了,而爱是驱散云雾的动力,老师的爱与尊敬是照亮学生心声的烛光。爱也是人类最美的语言,作为教育者更离不开爱的语言。
