本文首先简述微光摄象管的工作原理;分析了微光摄象管的硅二极管阵列靶(以下简称为硅靶),由直流供电,改用场同步脉冲供电的情况下,改善微光摄象管测试灵敏度的工作原理。采用我所生产的两只微光摄象管,在我所研制的WGCST-1A型微光摄象管测试台上进行了试验。对所测得的数据进行分析比较,可以得出微光摄象管在场同步脉冲供电的情况下,其测试灵敏度得到了改善。
This paper first briefly describes the operation principle of the low-light video tube; analyzes the silicon diode array target (hereinafter referred to as the silicon target) of the low-light video tube, and improves the low-light image by using the DC power supply instead of the field sync pulse power supply Tube testing sensitivity of the working principle. I use the production of two micro-light tube, WGCST-1A in my development of low-light video tube test bench was tested. The measured data were analyzed and compared, it can be concluded that the glimmer of the video tube in the case of synchronous pulse power supply, the test sensitivity has been improved.
