随着铁路基建投资计划的一路走高,2012年的铁路新开工项目再增13个,由年初定的9个增加至22个。2012年我国铁路建设投资力度明显加大,全国铁路基建投资计划经过4次调整,由2012年初计划的4060亿元一再追加到5160亿元,增加超千亿元;全国铁路固定资产投资计划也由2012年初的5160亿元增加至6300亿元。
