第12届马来西亚国际家具展(MIFF2006)于2006年3月7-11日如期举行。作为世界十大家具展会之列的MIFF,首次分别在吉隆坡太子世界贸易中心(PWTC)和吉隆坡会议展览中心(KLCC)同期展出。本届展会的展览规模突破了7万m2。共有来自中国、韩国、印度尼西亚、新加坡、泰国、越南、菲律宾、印度、香港、台湾、法国、意大利、土耳其、美国,澳大利亚16个国家和地区的433家参展商参加了展会,其中1／3的展商来自海外,涵盖欧、亚各主要家具出口国,亚洲家具制造与出口贸易国家达到了90％以上的参展率,这充分表明了MIFF的国际化程度。
The 12th Malaysia International Furniture Fair (MIFF2006) was held on March 7-11, 2006 as scheduled. MIFF, one of the ten largest furniture fair in the world, was exhibited for the first time at PWTC and KLCC respectively. The exhibition scale of the exhibition exceeded 70,000 m2. A total of 433 exhibitors from 16 countries and regions including China, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, Italy, Turkey, the United States and Australia attended the fair. Exhibitors from overseas, covering Europe and Asia, the major furniture exporters, furniture manufacturing and exporting countries in Asia reached more than 90% of the exhibitors rate, which fully demonstrates the degree of MIFF internationalization.
