PAN基原丝的应力-应变关系对最终的碳纤维的力学性能有重要的影响,但在现有的文献中几乎没有对其规律作深入的理论研究。本研究对不同条件下PAN原丝的应力-应变关系做了考察,并进行归一化处理,应用第四统计力学的群子理论对其进行了深入的研究,理论分析了高温高压牵伸等工艺条件有利于提升PAN原丝力学性能的原因,为制备高强度PAN原丝提供了理论依据。
The stress-strain relationship of PAN base filaments has an important influence on the mechanical properties of the final carbon fiber.
