实训课堂有别于传统的讲台式课堂,需要每个学生对设备进行实际的操作,在有限的设备、场地和师资条件下,通常会造成单个学生课堂时间利用率低的难题。在传统实训授课模式下,学员一般只担任学习者的角色,被动地灌输教员所授的有限知识,难以激发其积极性和主动性,课堂效率较低。鉴于此,本文提出一种多角色实训授课模式,让学员不仅充当学习者,还担任教员、监督员、评审员等其他角色,使得他们在课堂的任一时间段内都担负一定的责任,从而提高个人课堂时间利用率,提高教学质量。特别是在借助网络技术、虚拟样机等先进计算机技术条件下,多角色实训授课模式更容易得到充分发挥。

Especially in the use of advanced network technology, virtual prototype and other advanced computer technology conditions, multi-role training model is more likely to be given full play.
