目的对某多晶硅生产副产物四氯化硅循环利用项目产生的职业病危害因素进行检测分析及控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测检验,对本项目进行评价。结果本建设项目生产过程中产生或存在主要职业病危害因素有凝聚SiO2粉尘、单质硅粉尘、盐酸、氯气、氢氧化钠、噪声、高温、热辐射等;经测定气相SiO2制备车间中控操作工、包装工接触粉尘的浓度分别是2.8、2.6 mg/m3,包装工接触噪声强度85.8 dB(A),均超过职业接触限值。结论本项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,防护措施存在一些问题,但如能按报告的要求整改,可以通过竣工验收。建议政府有关部门注意废物利用项目的职业卫生问题。
Objective To detect and analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by the recycling of silicon tetrachloride, a byproduct of a polysilicon production, and to evaluate the control effects. Methods The field occupational health survey, engineering analysis, occupational disease hazard testing, the project evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that occurred or existed in the production process of the project included condensation of silica dust, elemental silica dust, hydrochloric acid, chlorine, sodium hydroxide, noise, high temperature and heat radiation. After being tested for gas phase SiO2 preparation workshop, Packers contact dust concentrations were 2.8,2.6 mg / m3, Packers contact noise intensity 85.8 dB (A), all exceed the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational disease hazards. There are some problems in protective measures. However, if the project can be rectified according to the requirements of the report, it can pass the final inspection and acceptance. It is recommended that the relevant government departments pay attention to the occupational health problems of waste utilization projects.
