成就动机所促动的追求成就的行为,是由两种方向相反的心理需求作用产生的结果。其中一种需求是求成需求,另一种需求是避败需求;只有在前种需求大于后种需求时,个人追求成就的行为才会显现
Achievement motivation driven by the pursuit of achievement behavior, is the result of two opposite directions of psychological needs. One of the requirements is demand and the other is demand for avoidance; the individual’s pursuit of achievement manifests itself only when the former is greater than the latter
