分别用环磷酰胺及60Co-γ线照射致家犬和小鼠白细胞减少症动物模型,观察自制重组人粒细胞/巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)对动物外周白细胞数、血小板、血色素、网织细胞数及CFU-S、骨髓有核细胞、病理学检查等的影响,并与进口同类产品比较。结果表明自制rhGM-CSF使实验动物外周白细胞数明显上升,家犬血小板及小鼠CFU-S、骨髓有核细胞数也显著升高,其它指标无异常改变,其结果与进口同类产品相似.
Animals were treated with cyclophosphamide and 60Co-γ radiation to induce leukopenia in dogs and mice respectively. The effects of rhGM-CSF on peripheral white blood cell count, platelets, hemoglobin , The number of reticulocytes and CFU-S, bone marrow cells, pathological examination, and the impact of imports of similar products. The results showed that rhGM-CSF made the number of peripheral white blood cells significantly increased, the number of platelet and CFU-S and the number of bone marrow nucleated cells in domestic dogs also increased significantly, while the other indexes did not change abnormally. The results were similar to the imported products.
