党的十六届三中全会以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在多年实践基础上提出新的发展观,即“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的科学发展观。科学发展观的提出是我国发展新阶段的必然选择,是党发展理论的继承与发展,是“三个代表”重要思想的丰富和发展,显示了中国特色社会主义的政治优势。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party, the Central Party Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary has put forward a new development concept based on years of practice. That is, “we should adhere to the people-oriented principle, establish a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and promote economic and social development People’s all-round development ”of the scientific concept of development. The proposition of the scientific concept of development is an inevitable choice for our country’s new stage of development. It is the inheritance and development of the party’s development theory, the enrichment and development of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and shows the political superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
