目的:研究白血病抑制因子(LIF)对胚胎发育的影响。方法:用小鼠的单细胞胚胎体外培养120h,观察不同浓度的LIF对早期胚胎发育的影响。结果:①0.1ng/ml、1ng/ml和10ng/ml浓度的LIF对小鼠早期胚胎的发育和胚泡的形成有促进作用,0.01ng/ml和100ng/ml浓度的LIF对胚胎的发育无明显影响;②LIF对小鼠早期胚胎发育的影响主要发生于桑椹胚和胚泡期,对1~8细胞期胚胎无明显影响。结论:适当浓度的LIF可促进胚胎发育和胚泡形成。
Objective: To study the effect of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) on embryonic development. Methods: Single-cell mouse embryos were cultured in vitro for 120 hours to observe the effect of different concentrations of LIF on early embryonic development. Results: (1) LIF at concentrations of 0.1ng / ml, 1ng / ml and 10ng / ml could promote early embryo development and blastocyst formation in mice. LIF at 0.01ng / ml and 100ng / ml could inhibit embryonic development No significant effect; (2) The effect of LIF on early embryo development in mice mainly occurred in morula and blastocyst stage, but had no significant effect on embryos in 1 ~ 8 cell stage. Conclusion: LIF at appropriate concentration can promote embryonic development and blastocyst formation.
