前厅服务课是酒店管理专业中一门专业性、实用性很强的课程,作为中职学校,培养学生掌握前厅服务与管理的基本知识,是教师最重要的任务,但是传统的课堂教学,也面临着一些单一、乏味的问题。随着信息化技术的普及,前厅服务课程资源库的建设已成为重要的方向,能够有效解决教师授课现状。主要结合前厅服务课程的特点,分析当前教学情况以及资源库建设的可行性,最终达到应用实践的目的。
The lobby service class is a professional and practical course in hotel management.
