嗜铬粒蛋白A是颗粒蛋白家族中的一员,研究发现其N-末端及C-末端水解可产生多种具有生物学活性的衍生多肽,其中vasostatin及catestatin在心血管领域中的作用及机制是研究重点。近年来发现新的嗜铬粒蛋白A——serpinin及VIF,在心血管领域分别发挥不同的生物学效应,表明嗜铬粒蛋白A衍生多肽在心血管领域的重要性及未来广阔的临床应用前景。
Chromogranin A is a member of the granule protein family. It has been found that the hydrolysis of N-terminal and C-terminal chitin can produce a variety of biologically active derivatives. The role and mechanism of vasostatin and catestatin in the cardiovascular field are research focus. In recent years, it has been found that the new chromogranin A - serpinin and VIF exert different biological effects in the cardiovascular field respectively, indicating the importance of chromogranin A derived peptides in the field of cardiovascular and their broad clinical application prospect in the future.
