我行2000年3月23日受理江苏中化扬州进出口分公司提交的我行通知的孟买印度联合银行(UNION BANK OF INDIA MUMBAI)第 NIKB-226/00号信用证项下出口单据一套,我行业务编号为 BP95H0508/00,单据金额为 USD10,400.00,证下货物盐酸多西环素(DOXYCYCLINEHYDROCHLORIDE)一次出完。信用证规定凭受益人出具提单后120天以开证行为受票人的远期汇票由任何中国的一流银行承兑,该证偿付条款明确授权付款行向纽约共和国民银行索偿。同时,该证附加条款要求分别提供到岸价及不超过优惠利率的120天利息的发票,但该附加条款所要求的到岸价发票及利息发票,受益人并未提交。我行当日寄单并向偿付行发电索偿,3月27日收妥头寸净额 USD10,315.00并
On March 23, 2000, the Bank accepted a set of export documents under the letter of credit No. NIKB-226/00 of UNION BANK OF INDIA MUMBAI, which was notified by our bank, submitted by Jiangsu Sinochem Yangzhou Import and Export Branch on March 23, Our business code BP95H0508 / 00, the bill amount is USD10,400.00, the card under the goods of doxycycline hydrochloride (DOXYCYCLINEHYDROCHLORIDE) once out. The letter of credit stipulates that the forward bill of exchange issued by the beneficiary with the bill of lading for 120 days is accepted by any first-rate bank in China and the terms of the card expressly authorize the paying bank to claim compensation from the People’s Bank of New York. At the same time, the additional clause of the certificate requires that invoices of CIF and 120-day interest not exceeding the preferential interest rate be provided respectively, but the CIF invoice and interest invoice required by the additional clause are not submitted by the beneficiary. On the same day, our bank sent a bill and issued a claim to the reimbursing bank. On March 27, we closed the net position of USD10,315.00
