1.髓外造血研究方法:Till等(1961)发现经致死剂量照射的小白鼠,移植一定数量的正常骨髓细胞后,受体小鼠脾脏内生成在表面明显可见的脾结节。电镜下可分辨此种结节的组成是由红细胞造血岛、粒细胞造血岛、巨核细胞造血岛、混合造血岛以及其它细胞灶等结构所构成。关于脾脏内各种造血岛的研究,以红细胞造血岛最为详尽,粒细胞造血岛知之不多,其它造血岛与细胞灶等报道不多,情况不甚了解,有待进一步的观察发现。 2.造血岛的结构:红细胞造血岛的中心为1~2个网状细胞,周围为成层排列的幼稚红血母细胞,由里层向外层可分为早、中、晚幼红血母细胞。网状细胞胞突向周围细胞的间隙
