1病历摘要女,20岁。2006-09因上腹痛伴黑便2 d入住消化内科。既往无特殊病史,无类似发作史。入院查体:生命体征稳定,轻度贫血貌,双肺呼吸音清晰,HR 75次/min,律齐,心音有力。腹平坦,上腹部轻压痛,无反跳痛,肝脾肋下未及,肠鸣音稍活跃。
1 medical records female, 20 years old. 2006-09 admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology due to abdominal pain with melena 2d. Past no special medical history, no history of similar attacks. Admission examination: vital signs stable, mild anemia appearance, clear lung breath sounds, HR 75 beats / min, law Qi, heart sound and powerful. Abdomen flat, light tenderness on the abdomen, no rebound pain, liver and spleen ribs, bowel sounds slightly active.
