用正电子湮没技术和若干金属物理方法相结合测量了几种工程合金,表明正电子湮没技术可以有效地探测微小沉淀相的存在,可为它的进一步深入研究提供很好的基础。
Several engineering alloys were measured by positron annihilation technique combined with several metal physical methods. It is shown that positron annihilation technique can effectively detect the presence of fine precipitates, which may provide a good foundation for its further study.
