目的:采用AB/PAS,HID/AB/PAS,以及多种抗人结肠粘液癌相关抗原的单克隆抗体(MCAbs)对92例大肠粘液癌进行组织化学和免疫组织化学的比较研究。方法:以阿尔新蓝过碘酸雪夫(AB/PAS)和高铁二胺阿尔新蓝过碘酸雪夫(HID/AB/PAS)组化法及单克隆抗体(MCAbs)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、抗大肠癌单克隆抗体SC3A、SC6和SC13A与62例粘液癌和30例印戒细胞癌进行染色标记。结果:两种方法所显示的各种染色的成份大致相同。在4种MCAbs与两组癌细胞的反应中SC6和SC13A与粘液癌结合的阳性率均高于CEA和SC3A,且SC6在粘液癌中明显高于CEA。结论:MCAbs、SC6及SC13A对大肠粘液癌的诊断价值比CEA反应高,是优于CEA的肿瘤标记物。
Objective: AB PAS HID / AB / PAS, and comparative study /, mucinous more anti-human colon cancer-associated antigen monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) 92 cases of colorectal cancer, mucinous histochemical and immunohistochemical employed. Methods: Alcian blue periodic acid Schiff (AB / PAS) and a high iron diamine Alcian blue periodic acid Schiff (HID / AB / PAS) staining and monoclonal antibodies (McAbs), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) The colorectal cancer monoclonal antibodies SC3A, SC6, and SC13A were stained with 62 mucinous carcinomas and 30 signet-ring cell carcinomas. Results: The various dyeings shown by the two methods have roughly the same composition. In the reaction with two 4 kinds MCAbs cancer and positive rates SC6 SC13A mucinous cancers than in combination with CEA and SC3A, mucinous carcinoma and SC6 in significantly higher than CEA. Conclusion: The diagnostic value of MCAbs, SC6 and SC13A for mucinous carcinoma of the large intestine is higher than that of CEA. It is a tumor marker superior to CEA.
