本刊讯9月26日,《河南省发展应用新型墙体材料条例》(以下简称《条例》)获河南省第十二届人大常委会第十六次会议表决通过。《条例》制定了鼓励生产和使用新型墙体材料的具体措施,明确规定在城市规划区和县级政府所在镇规划区内应当使用新型墙体材料,禁止使用黏土砖。县级以上政府要依照国家和省相关规定,制定农村禁止使用黏土砖的具体期限和区域计划,并组织实施。省委书记、省人大常委会主任郭庚茂指出,发展应用新型墙
On September 26, “Henan Province Development and Application of new wall materials Ordinance” (hereinafter referred to as “Ordinance”) by the twelfth NPC Standing Committee of Henan Province voted through the sixteenth meeting.
